The "Mad King" of Plegia, Gangrel's ultimate desire is to start a war. He thrives on bloodshed and ruling through terror and while his armies may not be loyal to him, he's certainly a capable commander. He lives to fight and excels at using magic. He's taken from before his defeat in chapter 11.

Henry is a dark mage with an affinity for all animals, especially crows. He's very fond of lame puns and bloodshed, and is quite the sadist. He doesn't like pain, but longs for an extremely bloody death. ...That also makes perfect sense to him. He's a bit of an oddball but he's a genuinely nice guy when he's not creepy smiling at everything.
Colress \| Pokémon
Colress is a researcher who desires to bring out the power of Pokémon through any means necessary. He's bright but tends to spend his time on rather odd projects (such as energizing Crustle for... no real reason) and tends to make alliances with the worst people. He doesn't care what he has to do in the name of science.

The "Super High-School Level Gangster," Kuzuryuu is a baby-faced member of the mafia who absolutely hates being referred to as "cute." He longs to prove himself and acts like a tough guy because of it, but really he's got a soft spot for those close to him. He's taken from the end of chapter one, so there aren't any spoilers here!
Moby Kingsley \| Original Character
Moby is a thief with a moral compass that points south; he genuinely believes that stealing from the rich to line his own pockets is acceptable. That said, he does know how to avoid capture and has evaded the law for quite some time. He's made quite the name for himself through trading on the black market.

[ Apparently the island's got an arcade. Not that Peko's ever really been one for games; she doesn't recall even so much as touching a controller before. But she's standing around in said arcade, examining the colorful game machines as though they are alien creatures.

There is some sort of fighting game console with pictures of ninjas on the side. They are all illustrated holding their swords improperly. She frowns and presses some buttons to see what will happen. ]

[Kuzuryuu isn't a big fan of arcades, but this is a good place to get some space from the rest of his so-called "classmates." He's not even sure if he can consider them that, considering where they are and all the crazy things that have happened since their arrival. The arcade seems to be empty, except for one familiar face.]

Ah!

[He approaches, glancing at the machine and then Peko.]

What are you doing? I didn't think you'd be interested in this sort of thing.

[ She gives a start, looking up and over her shoulder at him before casting a quick glance around the room for any signs of the others. Seeing no one, she relaxes somewhat. ]

I don't... No, this is not really something I'm interested in. [ Though she is a little curious. ]
