Waking up in a strange, new location--it's been done before, but there didn't look to be any immediate threat. Sayaka wasn't holding her breath; she'd wait until the night falls before making a decision on this place.
Being told she's a part of this Team...Rocket place--okay, she feels like she recognizes this out of some game that she didn't bother getting too into. It feels like that at least, but the letter itself was pretty damn convincing. ...And is pretty damn in the trash.
Finding at least a few of the class here--but the problem with that being that she wasn't recognized by the Naegi, or Oowada that was there, and that raised several questions she wasn't willing to answer. She just waved it off about as well as she could before stone walling any attempts to answer further.
For the moment, walking toward the department store in regular clothing, trying not to have a mental breakdown while she starts sending out a mass text over the Gear;]

[The text is short and sweet, but Mondo hopes she'll show up. He makes his way to the cafe in question and takes a seat in the back, tapping his fingers against the table anxiously.
He might have found something like this amusing - he had technically just asked Maizono out to a cafe with the intention of paying, wasn't that considered a date? - but the topic of conversation was serious. He needs to see just how much she remembers about Prayer's Pass.]

This is either an elaborate prank, or it was real. For the moment, she'd be willing to call it real; she didn't want to be alone. She'd take the first pole of sanity she could get.]

[...Considering how fast she sprints there, a few minutes might've been a little too much time--though it does take her a minute or so, and by the time she sees the place, she skids herself to a halt. She takes a walk in, mentally composing herself; smiling, taking a breath, and walking toward the table Mondo occupied before speaking.]

[Jokingly said, of course. She takes the seat across from him.]

[The University is located on the same tower as the laboratories, and passing through the familiar walkways always stirs up unwelcome memories, which he does his best to banish. Thankfully, it isn't long before he reaches the archive and lets himself in. It's quiet at this time of the day, with only a few people present, all busy poring over their own studies. Careful not to disturb the silence, Jade makes his way to the shelves containing the scattered and muddled information the Union had managed to amass on lesser-known Pokemon species. He didn't anticipate finding much of use, but this will have to serve as a starting point.]

Today he's in the library, examining the books about Psychic- and Ghost-type illusion abilities. He doesn't have either of those types personally, but once he finds someone with the right capabilities, he needs to know how to teach them to utilize their powers for his own benefit. It's a daunting task, but it's the best he can come up with to bring Nebilim back.
Dist looks up when he hears footsteps and immediately his mouth falls open. Jade. What is he doing here? Dist opens and closes his mouth a few times, trying to find words to express his emotions (frustration, irritation, but mostly joy at seeing his friend again) but he can't seem to come up with anything other than...]

[He gets quite a few irritated looks from the others in the library for his sudden shout, but Dist ignores them and approaches the other man. His expression is bordering on crazy, but that's not entirely unusual for him.]

[Rubbing at his temples, Jade lets out a quiet sigh, debating on the best course of action. He remains facing the bookshelf, resolutely looking away from Dist. Disengage immediately, his mind tells him, and he agrees. This encounter is likely to get loud, and he'd rather not have it take place in the dead silence of the library. Or take place at all, but that's far too late now.]
[When he turns Dist, he smiles, wide and obviously fake.]
I'm sorry, I'm afraid I just remembered I have urgent business elsewhere.
